It may help others but I didn't find it useful.

The author seems to have grabbed many resources on assertiveness, one's self-confidence, and self-esteem. From the reading of this text, it seems he is knowledgeable in some things. Listening to it, twice, i'm not able to take much away from it. The text does have some suggestions but they just seem to be paraphrased bullet lists that were found on the internet. Further, I'm not sure this text is worth 1 Audible credit, or it's list price for that matter. It seems that realistically this should have been turned into some kind of podcast series and put on iTunes for 99 cents. In the end, it may help others but I didn't find it entirely useful.

Everyone likes to be in a very positive and self control emotions in our everyday life, but in some cases sometimes it becomes difficult to do because of the working routine and others thing. this book helps to motivate yourself and get useful information of how to control yourself.

This book is very informative..

This book will give you pointers to direct you towards daily discipline.This book was very helpful without wasting any of your time. It is practical, easy to listen, and immediate useful. A very useful guide to self discipline, giving lots of advice on how to beat procrastination and become more productive in your every day life.

Well, explanation and listenable book. The book is clear and well-written. Psychologists refer to self-esteem as a personality trait that describes an overall sense of personal value.

Therefore, self-worth can be defined as a measure of how you value and estimate your worth. Unlike other personality traits, such as confidence, which can differ depending on the situation and circumstance, self-esteem tends to endure for a person across all aspects of his life.
