Visualization is a given why and how is not?

I like the idea of creative visualization, which is well discussed in the book. However, remember that creative visualization is just a part of the process to achieving your dreams. In addition to creative visualization, you need to take action to achieve your dreams. Dreamers some are called. This book might call them visualists or visionaries. Imagine yourself reading this book should be your first step. I am glad I did.

xcellent book - insightful advice - very accessibl

In our data era, many have to communicate to others what they data mean. This book covers the principles, the how to design an effective graph communication strategy and contrast bad, ugly versus good choices on how to present the data. Everything is important you need to think about how you position your data, how to color it how to choose line types etc.

Educational and Creative Tool

This book is an excellent guide for individuals and therapists who want to change certain aspects of their lives by removing barriers and anxiety about change in a positive and creative way. This book is an excellent tool for me as a therapist.

Visualization, reframed.

I still listen to them from time to time, and they are very powerful, and I agree with the last reviewer about the image streaming concept, though I was one of those "naturally proficient" visualizers before, now I'm, well.

For listen who can’t see what they’ve listen..

I got this book because my son's school psycologist said he was having trouble with comprehension when it came to listen. Right when I opened the book my son fought me so we started slow, but come to find out-he could not imagine some of the words or draw it. So I showed him a picture of what it was they were asking. It has helped him a lot. Defiantly recommend.

I've been able to help myself and others with the advice in this book for headaches and migraines, as well as many other issues. The background information is also fascinating, as the author has a medical background and ties spiritual with the medical.

This is one of the fun books to read and practice the art of creative visualization. He goes further than just talking about what to do but explains how things work and why.

A good book on practical magic. Except for the super sized fonts, I think the book is really good.The exercises are fun, fast & easy & a sure way to brighten your day.
