Full of Excellent insights.

The book is really insightful and indeed simple to follow the tips and easy to understand. I would say that the author is direct and precise in his work and descriptions as well.

Packed with powerful tips about self help.

It is indeed "what" a book. It was very resourceful and easy to understand, "how to change habits". I would recommend it to all my family members and friends as well. I would request to students, all must follow this book and author as well.

I am weak in commnucating skills.

Valuable building Emotional Intelligence!

I only recently became aware of the 10 types of Intelligence and am seeking to improve both my Social and Emotional Intelligence. I have heard that it takes around 21 days to establish or break a habit. So with that in mind I did a Kindle search on the topic and came across this audible. I did listen to it in about three settings the first time through and for my second time around, I will break it down day-to-day. I know it's not a "one and done" subject, but rather a plan and frame of mind to be implemented. Quality work!

Good for everyone

Well written and scientifically accurate, this book boils down the current state of understanding regarding intelligence and shows why emotional intelligence is so closely linked to your success in business, relationships, and life. Lots of people don't realize it but EQ really is more important than IQ. .thanks

We all need to learn this.

This is the companion book. I loved it and it made me be more successful at work. It's hard to not get emotional these days. WE are not robots but some people act as if we are. This book helps to adjust yourself to learn to respond not react toothed people's madness.

It is a long read, but don't let that put you off.

It is a shot listening (2 hrs and 36 mins), but don't let that put you off. Paul Anderson's style is engaging for the reader and the book is oriented around actually helping you to love yourself. This isn't just a book about psychology or theories or something like that. It is a book that teaches you have to live better.

Many tips on how to love yourself.

This one has an approach of loving your self

Well written book! Self confidence had always been my problem so I've been reading lots of book about it and on how to overcome low self esteem. This one has an approach of loving your self and knowing your self worth that will eventually lead to having good self confidence.

This book is packed with many ways to raise your self love. It has many tips on how to love yourself throughout the day such as when you wake up and when you go to bed. The book does not only outline the importance of positive self talk, but also the importance of exercising and your well being. This Book... Just Because I Said So

Starting with the cover this book has some funny stiff to it for sure. It makes you think and gives you a devil's advocate type of look at most arguments. It kinda makes me want to go to the water cooler at work just to practice my new learned skills. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review and believe it would be perfect for someone that debates a lot or like to have a different way to respond during their next discussion.

Start appreciating one's self.

For me, it's hard to appreciate myself because of the things I fear and the failures I had. But this book provided a thorough examination of the concept of self-love and how to accomplish it. Daily Habits, yes a fabulous book.

With this book, we will have extensive understanding of what exactly is meant by self-love and how incredibly important it is to living a full and healthy life. This is a great book to unleash the greatness within that is being suppressed by our timid nature. Great job for the author on this book.

This book is a good assistant in goal achieving.

I like the definitions this book is providing. I've had similar ideas myself but I figured out it helped me to somehow sort out the things in my head. Activities for 30 days, daily tips, and tricks for the achievement of self-love were practical. So it was a great read for me.
