Very practical and good narration

I loved this book! In a way, it honestly changed my life after reading it. It gave me insight on certain things I never even thought about before. I liked how it gave examples of real life scenarios and simple ways to help fix the issues or how to see the situation in a different light. I totally would recomend this book to anyone.

This book reminded me how awesome I am! It was a reminder that there are people who are of like mind out there, and that you should love who you are and continue to grow. Majority of what this author explained about, I already knew about myself, however, it was reassurance to continue to be me.

thanks for reminder

I've listened the book and it was a great reminder for me. I own multiple businesses and to win in business you need to practise self love to become a greater version of yourself and boost alll areas of life and relationships. If you're looking to start practising and boosting your self love (how cheezy that may sound) this book is a great start.

the powerful guide

The 30 ways to learning how to love yourself are all powerful tools to put in mind. I have learned many ideas from listening it and the book is indeed useful and helpful to me. The book is quite short but it is amazing enough and I will definitely have it again and again to remind my self that there are many ways to do if in case I forgot to love my own. I want to share some of these 30 ways I have learned from this read: Embrace and love the things that make you different, Realize that beauty cannot be defined, Be patient but persistent and many more. The book is so brilliant! I can't say negative about it because it is indeed helpful.
