Perfect for some self improvement!

If you are looking for some practical ideas to help with your everyday life and self esteem, then you have found the book you need. This short has great suggestions to help deal with things that effect daily life. It teaches you tips to help with stress and anxiety as well as creating a positive attitude. While it aims at men, the ideas are well worth the listen for both men and women. Seth Thompson gives a warm narration of this book, so it does not come off as dry or school like, but gives you an easy way to grasp the tools the book offers.

This is very powerful to listen. As someone who has struggled with low self-esteem for most of my life, I found the tips in this book helpful. In particular, I enjoyed the chapters on thinking positive and how to become a better you.

Fabulous one

A well laid out book that looks at how you can maintain a confident outlook and keep moving forward. There were a couple of areas that I really enjoyed. The section on choosing how you think, including knowing what your automatic negative thoughts will throw out at you and the section that looked at accepting failure - knowing and taking ownership for what happened, learning from it and moving on.
