Practice disciplining yourself daily

I am always looking for ways to be discipline in order to get things done and have control over myself. This book has provided me with tips and ideas on to build discipline in my life on a daily basis. I thought it was a matter of sheer willpower but it comes down to what we practice on a daily bases. Well written and to the point

The book was well written and very practical. I enjoyed the structure of each chapter; it had a very logical layout. Additionally, the end of each chapter contained a bullet point list of the concepts covered with a quick summary of each. Very nice book.

Practical advice that works!

I think the reason I enjoy Martin's books so much is the balance of practical advice and research. He supports his recommendations with results he's achieved, backed by studies he's researched. Not everyone will have the same drive, but to the extent you choose to follow some of his very practical options, you may be that much closer to achieving success!

Awesome book!

I love books and writers that are straight forward and to the point. He doesn't go all over the place. He keeps his teachings simple and blunt. Love this book! Definitely recommend it.

Quick read and great tips.

Quick read and great tips. The narrator could be slightly less dry on the audio tape but overall the book has important pointers. Every thing from cold exposure to intermittent fasting... This book says something slightly different from other self help books. Would recommend to anyone that struggles with self discipline and I wouldn't be too quick too assume you don't struggle with self discipline before reading this book.

Loved lot

Learned about this book from a friend who, in my opinion, is self-disciplined. But she reads this book regularly. I, on the other hand, have struggled with forming self-discipline. This book has really helped me.

Helpful self discipline practice

Extraordinary book

This book follows that same approach; it is a fast read and I especially like how he gives a quick summary at the end of each chapter along with action steps. I really like the book includes strategies about being kind to yourself and how to keep momentum going. Highly recommend!

I really like this book.

I really enjoy reading this book. This book is an awesome book. If you follow the process you will see positive results, I have no doubt about that.
