Amazing book!!

This book spoke to me and addressed all my issues in a very direct and easy-to-understand manner. It helped me realize some of the patterns I follow and provided a way to get out when I get stuck.A very good book. This is the book that's needed when self motivation is required. It helps with pointing you in the right direction.

Useful tools here

This book contains practical insights how self-discipline makes you more healthier and happy. It is full of great advises and tips how we can avoid temptation of eating unhealthy foods and how we can handle our cravings. I actually enjoy reading this book, I've learned a lot of things that may help me achieve my desire body weight which is hard for me to do before.

For both my clients and me, it’s often the thing we fight against the most but when we have it in any aspect of our life, we are the happiest. This is a great book !!!

This book was very helpful without wasting any of your time. It is practical, easy to listen , and immediate useful. It is the type of book that even non readers can successfully and quickly get through. You will find yourself putting the suggestions into action right away. Practical advice that works!

I like the author's style because I got top quality information in a succinct and powerful way. I start each day listen a daily passage from this book. I learned about this book from a friend who, in my opinion, is self-disciplined. This book helped me realize the source of my successes and failures. easy to understand and follow advice

This leads me to procrastinate a lot. This book is so amazing. If you’re looking for a book to help you achieve your goals, this is a must listen . I don’t listen self-help books but I felt like I needed some motivation to change my ways. I always felt like I do everything I can to complete my goals. The truth is things get in the way and I lower the priority on my own goals.

This book is inspiring! The entire book is dedicated to one of the greatest virtues an entrepeneur can have: Discipline. With it almost anything can be achieved and without it even the greatest plan is worthless. The first chapter is about finding your own personal mission and how to know what you really want to do with your life.

self discipline is the key

I have listen this book several times, and I realize that I still have many shortcomings in self-discipline. In this book, there are many things to help me be more serious about my own life, it guides how to develop self-discipline for each individual and the benefits that can be gained if applying self-discipline in life is outlined in this book too. This is a pretty self-help book that I have read.
