Love this book!!

Great book because I am always finding excuses for my actions. Just get up and do it. It's all about the perspective you have in life. Life is not easy so just suck it up and change your mindset!

Great book


I am always looking for ways to be discipline in order to get things done and have control over myself. This book has provided me with tips and ideas on to build discipline in my life on a daily basis. I thought it was a matter of sheer willpower but it comes down to what we practice on a daily bases. I highly recommend it

I promise it works if you'll honestly apply yourself. I've listen the book through 3 times and have highlighted, and written many notes in the margins. I highly recommend it. It's a real gem in my library.

on the off chance..

someone has that ability, I challenge you to count the usages throughout the book of the phrase "on the off chance". The narrator is okay but the book is a real test to your determination and self-discipline to sit through all the off chances.. I just can't finish it.

listen to when you need to sleep

The topics were interest but found when listening on the bus I fell asleep within minutes.
The narrator's voice is soft and monotone and this helps one sleep.
I did like the questions at the end of each chapter.
