I needed this book.

This book has given me some important building blocks to self confidence and self discipline. I'm glad I downloaded this book. I recommend this book to anyone needing some help in these departments.

This book was very helpful

It's a very good book to get you slowly into better habits and brings up relatable situations. This book was very helpful in helping me learn the importance of being gentle with myself. Easy to listen, but there are good ideas for building self discipline.

This Audio-book is jam packed with useful info

This audio-book is jam packed with useful information. I have all the tools now to make some much needed changes. I had listen another audio-book on self-discipline and I found it overwhelming and too complicated. I assumed it was just over my head but this audio-book had a lot of the same material but did a much better job at keeping my attention and explaining things better.

This Audio-book had very good points in it!

The Audio-book was actually a solid piece of work

The audio-book was actually a solid piece of work. It has examples of how to be motivated but also had research. But it didn’t get so bogged down with facts you lost the purpose. I really enjoyed this audio-book. I highly recommended this audio-book.

I highly recommend this book

I am a recovered alcoholic and am still piecing my life back together and learning to grow up and be a man. I have listened to's of self development books to aid in my recovery, however, I notice I lack good habits and discipline. This book was extremely helpful and had tons of practical material to enhance my life. I highly recommend this book to anyone who needs better habits and enhanced will power!

Read by a monotonal robot

Downloaded, managed 6 minutes and felt so deflated that I vowed not to endure any more. Maybe the written version will serve me better but how they can walk away from that recording and feel a positive job has been done is beyond me. Awful and uninspiring from the off.

This is an excellent self-help book.

This is an excellent self-help book. The Author differentiates between motivation, self-discipline, and habit. Ultimately, developing habits along the lines of self-discipline is what will get you to where you want to be. Hollins uses legit references when making a point, again...excellent.

This is a great approach

I really like this author and his ability to structure and outline the research on a topic and put in actionable instructions for some very difficult topics. This is a great approach and I’m sure there is something in it for everyone. I believe we all struggle with self-discipline to some extent and just standing back and listen to ing a thorough overview and approach to improving self-discipline is a great self-development and improvement opportunity.
