I needed this book.

It definitely is a key component of success.

This book spoke to me and addressed all my issues in a very direct and easy-to-understand manner. It helped me realize some of the patterns I follow and provided a way to get out when I get stuck.A very useful guide to self discipline, giving lots of advice on how to beat procrastination and become more productive in your every day life.I really liked that the author not only presented theory but also important steps to achieving self-discipline. It definitely is a key component of success.

This book started from the very beginning. I have learn all the important tips from here. This book started with the difference between Self-Esteem and self-confidence. After reading this book you will understand what is self-esteem and what is self-confidence.You will know the power of self-confidence,Will get the tips to become more confident.This book talked about the negative thought that can destruct us and how we will replace them. Basically this book divide by 2 part and all the chapters are discussed in details. I'm really happy to get this book.

Modest book

This book was exactly what I needed to inspire me to work on my self-discipline. One suggestion that I have would be to include further listening resources for some subjects; such as after briefly explaining meditation, including suggested listening on this subject would be very beneficial.
