Very informative and useful guide. I learned about this book from a friend who, in my opinion, is self-disciplined. But she listens to this book regularly. I, on the other hand, have struggled with forming self-discipline.

Easy to life change

Recommended! I liked the references to the author's personal experiences; I think this backs up his points very well. I found myself immediately implementing changes in my life after chapter 1.

Changing in my life

I'm impressed by this guide. I start each day listening to a daily passage from this book. A lot of what's in this book resonates with me and helps to give me a new or different perspective on forming self-discipline.

Easy to understand

I want to thanks for the Narrator. I have heard several of them, and this one is probably my favourite. I love that the book is clear, concise, and it's vaunted up with its greatness.

Best book forever

I'm going to the best feedback on this book. I thought the Audiobook gave a concise view of the process of improving self-discipline. It also pointed out potential obstacles and methods to overcome them.

Good length book
