Essential guide...

This creator gives genuine tips and strategies to get to that point where you can sit, as he says,
with wet socks and never have an issue with it. It is likewise about structure the resilience for inconvenience and seeing how your condition and connections
have a gigantic effect some place on your mentality. There are specific strategies for recalling numbers, partner them with letters,
at that point making expressions of those letters; recollecting names of individuals by partner them with activities or conspicuous attributes.
In shutting the writer expounds on joining these strategies with self-control and checking on for memory support.

Quality Information, Poorly Delivered

Don't get me wrong. The concepts in this book are solid and if remembered and practiced I believe they will set anyone with the requisite will and motivation on the path to success. But, it's a cumbersome listen. The narration is toneless and robotic-- riddled with English grammar and syntax inconsistencies. Almost as if it is a verbatim voice dictation off Google Translator. I would have returned it for another book, had I not been stuck in traffic where I ended up listening to the whole 3+ hours. Quality information, poorly delivered.

I highly recommend it.

Dr. Ifiok Enitan clearly describes the situation and gives real world, workable techniques that will help you learn how to be more disciplined. I promise it works if you'll honestly apply yourself. I've read the book through 3 times and have highlighted, underlined, and written many notes in the margins. I highly recommend it.

Great Book on self discipline .

This book has helped me be more focused on what I try to accomplish - from a daily and long term perspective.
I have read several books on this subject, but : Dr. Ifiok Enitan version is thus far the best! You will find yourself putting the suggestions into action right away. Very helpful from the start and a great resource to refer back to as well.

This book has really helped me.

I learned about this book from a friend who, in my opinion, is self-disciplined. But she reads this book regularly. I, on the other hand, have struggled with forming self-discipline. This book has really helped me.

Life Changing

This book was step one of pulling myself out of my college funk of only doing what is absolutely necessary when it absolutely need to be done. It helped my have more productive reactions to my moods, thoughts, etc. I read this book right after my graduation, and it really kick started a change habits which worked together to help me become much more fit . Life Changing

Superb

The book offers the regular mix of science, personal experiences and tips, it's more down-to-earth than other books I have read. Maybe that's because it's based on a course that actually deal with people going through the emotions described in this book. I'm remembering on a daily basis what the author wrote and implementing her suggestions. It might actually be the last self-discipline book I ever read.

Fascinating and Helpful


The plain & simple knowledge of the case studies is empowering. It is a great help to know that these challenges have been isoloated, experimented with & eventually overcome by deploying certain strategies. Just the knowledge of something is "do-able" was very empowering for me. The book is structured very well, & the chapter summaries help a lot in quick refreshes - I'd say this book was one of my best science reads this year.
