    Learning to meditate is one of the loveliest gifts I've ever given myself. Meditation is an ancient tradition that has been scientifically studied and shown to have a big positive impact on our minds and bodies. It's easy to learn, but needs regular practice. It's worth trying - as once you've learnt it; you'll truly have a skill for a happier life.

    I highly recommend this book/audio book to anyone as it will help you to learn lots of techniques and tips on how to meditate yourself for you to achieve happiness and peace.

    This book has a great introduction about the Meditation. The book was written in a simple way for us to understand easily what was written inside and for us to follow and learn all those exercises or all the meditation sessions. The author made it very comprehensible; with the simplicity and clarity of the book, I've learned a lot. So learn how to get rid of anxiety, overcome depression, have a stress free life, become more productive and happier; learn all of that just listen to this book!

    I’m new to meditation and adding a spiritual practice to my life. I can’t believe I made it this long without it! I’ve learned so much about myself and have come leaps and bounds. Meditation has helped me to form all my other habits, it’s helped me to become more peaceful, more focused, less worried about discomfort, more appreciative and attentive to everything in my life. I’m far from perfect, but it has helped me come a long way. Thank you for this amazing book! Meditating is really helping me keep calm.

    As humans we are often "not present" in our own lives. We often fail to notice the good things about our lives, fail to hear what our bodies are telling us, or poison ourselves with toxic self criticism. Meditation is a way of paying attention to, and seeing clearly whatever is happening in our lives. It will not eliminate life's pressures, but it can help us respond to them in a calmer manner that benefits our heart, head, and body. It helps us recognize and step away from habitual, often unconscious emotional and physiological reactions to everyday events. It provides us with a scientifically researched approach to cultivating clarity, insight, and understanding. Practicing meditation sessions given in this book allows us to be fully present in our life and work, and improve our quality of life.

    I found this book as an indeed guide through meditation; I love on how the author discussed the topic and it was broaden my knowledge about meditation. Through this book, I was able to discover powerful step by step guide to relieve stress, depression and anxiety by means of meditation.
