FANTASTIC LISTENING
Even though the narrator recommended I should be in a reserved environment, I listened to this great book while doing my morning chores, and I can attest: the experience was astonishing!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! I will definitely listen to it AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN…..

Very interesting to say the least
Very positive through out.
Probably a better immersive meditative experience than just reading the book. I enjoyed the opening affirmations and then just tuned out allowing my subconscious mind to wander.

Didn't love it.
As a mind body educator, I've used affirmation for years with students of all ages, however I don't feel that this particular piece would be good for beginners. While I felt that the affirmations themselves were well-written, and applicable to many different life situations, many people don't understand the foundational concept of affirmation, so some context would have been useful in the beginning of each section , especially for beginners wanting to explore the use of affirmation. I found the background noise to be very distracting, and not conducive to creating the emotions that affirmations need in order to take root. The reader, while the volume and steadiness of his voice was decent, didn't seem to embody the energy behind these affirmations. I would love to see this book remastered, with some context, better background sounds/ instrumental music, as well as the reader speaking with energy, authenticity and the emotion needed for the affirmations to take root.
