ANOTHER GREAT ONE!!

Where does Weight Loss: Eating for Success (Self-Hypnosis & Meditation) rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I would say this book ranks 10 out of 10... honestly love this book.

What does the narrator bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

She really knows how to make you feel at peace with her soft yet commanding voice.

What insight do you think you’ll apply from Weight Loss: Eating for Success (Self-Hypnosis & Meditation)?

EVERYTHING!!!! She gives you lots of things to think about and also actions for change, so it really helps you take the action you need to lose the weight.

Amy is a great hypnotherapist. I wish I could go to her in person but since I can't, I'll stick with her audiobooks. :)
