Publisher's summary

In the realm of visualizations, there are both externally based visuals where one uses an actual external object as a focal point, as well as inner creative visualizations where one creates an image within the mind's eye. In addition, there are also awareness practices with which one learns to become aware of what already exists within the inner screen of the mind's eye. Each of these methods will be explored in detail throughout this book, along with explanatory ideas and anecdotal events meant to contextualize the practices within the broader framework of Torah thought and spiritual practice.

Excellent!

You can see Yeshua in all of this-
Unintentionally wonderful how Hashem does that through this inspired work!

Just not for me

While the book offers great points on how to visualize there are a lot of jumping back into history and storytelling about where techniques came from. I wasn’t interested in the history lesson I hustled wanted tips on how to better visualize. Not for me I deleted after 3 hrs of listening .

This book could have been cut in half

This book started out amazing and I was really excited, but then it turned into a vocabulary lesson and totally lost me. It was definitely designed for a specific reader. I do use some of the meditation techniques, but throughout the book they were repetitive. I would have really enjoyed it if this book was half the length.

Good book on Bible meditation

I enjoyed this book on Bible meditation. Theologically, I disagreed on a couple of doctrinal points. I believe the Bible teaches death as a sleep until the resurrection at the last day. Also I believe that God does have a distinct form and personal image. Genesis 1:26-28. I learned much about the beliefs of the Kabbalist Jews from this book.

Terrible…did not continue reading

This is an awful book, not at all a book that is readable or something to listen. I would return it if I could
