Nothing new here
I am happy that I listened while on a road trip so it wasnt a total waste of time. Had I dedicated time just to listening to this, I would have regretted it.
She is basically a cheerleader saying you can accomplish more than you believe, its all about your mindset and approach. By prioritising what you want to do, accomplishing those things and then being happy with that. I have no issue doing all the things she suggests here. I had hoped for tips that would help me accomplish my priority items and then some of the more minor things. This book is more about making yourself a priority so that you feel good when you are not accomplishing the things that are more minor. Its a feel good book, not practical tips beyond common sense things any adult has been doing for years.

Just the basics
No new earth shattering ideas presented, however, a great reminder of the basics of time management, and in a quick format. Easily listened to while getting ready for work as a little inspirational boost to get the day started.
