Excellent starter book to less distractions

Being in a business world for quite some time now, the priciples in this book are basic and to me fairly well known if you are honest and know what your distractions are. what I like is it is well read and shirt enough that I can listen to it again as the reminder of those same principles on my way back to less distraction self-discipline. I recommend this book as a great place to start for anyone, experienced and inexperienced for that reason.
