What would have made Think and Grow Rich better?
To be honest, this would have been a 5 star book back in 1937, in which this classic was written. The narrator was boring, and it reminded me of a sci-fi book that I am currently in the middle of. And to be straight, I have been reading other books in which relate in subject, and this has nothing new that I could have gained. I purchased it for about $3 because it was a classic. I watched a free youtube video of a guy explaining similar concepts, but it a way of "part-timer, full-timer, and all the timer." Honestly, YouTube and more modern books will give the same concept. Overall, I came for the classic.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Think and Grow Rich?
I get a lot of economical books that compare what the mind and body can do in a spiritual way, but I think the thing that stood out was a man back in 1937 has the same idea that worked for many millionaires today. As well as I didn't expect him to use a comparison with sex and sexual ideas.
What do you think the narrator could have done better?
He was slow enough for me to read about a 50 minute book in 30 minutes or less. I could bump up the speed easily. I just think the voice was a little dull. I guess it was fine.
If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Think and Grow Rich?
Nothing. I just think this was the same stuff I have heard throughout many books, youtube videos, and successful people. Maybe this is where they started their information quest, or maybe they all came to the same conclusion.
Any additional comments?
This book should be 50 cents or less. I could get a more quality learning experience from free resources such as YouTube in which entrepreneurs explain their success. It is a classic from 1937, so I give it a little respect. Did this idea work out for him, though? Maybe I need a more modern follow-up then all the hype I got from the beginning. Honestly, that preface did not make me feel flattered. Follow-up!
not too long. concise. transmuting sexual energy and not listening to opinions were useful tips.
I have an old paperback version of this book, and I'm familiar with the book enough that I'd checked when something didn't seem right. I wasn't aware this is an abridged version. The narrator was excellent but some of the material is missing from the book.
After years of self doubt and procrastination this audible book has helped me change my thinking and manifest my goals!

Simple, aligned with my beliefs and thoughts, and gave me my next steps in a concise guide to go forward.
This book was really short and not a lot of information. Everyone talks about this book like a must read. I won't recommend this book, YouTube have better results.
