Go build a snowman????

Are you serious?!!! That is what you are recommending for SAD??
This is a Sesame Street version of a topic that should be taken seriously. What a waste.

Just good

I got this thinking I would get better ideas but everything that was listed in the book I already know about and do them. This is a good book if you haven't done any research and are looking for answers, but for the most part everything I knew from what my Dr told me.

Overly simplistic way to heal

I understand 35 minutes doesn't give you a lot of time to explain healing techniques but this is just like common sense. You might as repeat "Get over it or suck it up and wait for Spring" over and over.
