The Ultimate Guide to Diabetes

I found this book to be highly informative. The author was easy to understand and follow. As someone who doesn't have diabetes, I have struggled to understand the concerns of those who have the disease before. The wealth of different topics covered in the book helped clarify these struggles for me. In addition, the book's discussion of who is at risk for developing diabetes made me realize that I stand a very real chance of developing diabetes myself. Although I didn't pick this book up for myself, I felt like I benefited from it tremendously.

This is an ideal book for diabetic people

Diabetes is a disease that most of the obese people do have. My father is overweight and he is prone to diabetes, it is hard to scold an older man because they always want to get what they want. I've been reading this book lately and the symptoms that were discussed had happened to him like blurred vision and always craving for sweet foods. Diabetes is a genetic disease for us that is why I'm conscious on what I'm taking because if you got sick, you cannot do what you needed to do especially if you have a family.

Great Tool for New and Old Diabetics,

I originally saw the book The Ultimate Guide to Diabetes Type 1 and 2: All You Need to Know and I downloaded it. Being a Type 2 Diabetic myself there were still alot of things that I didnt know about my disease and found some helpful chapters in this book. I have recommended it to several other people that I know who also have questions about their diabetes. For the price I think its worth the download.

The rest have to be fake reviews

Absolute tosh, outdated rubbish.
Narrator is very irritating and cannot pronounce the word quinoa.

One of the tips is wash your clothes by hand or scrub your kitchen floor.

I can’t believe I listened to all of this rubbish, don’t waste your money!!!!

Great book

My grandpa suffers from this, and I know for sure that one of the main difficulties is following a diet, which that you need to stay away from your favorite foods. This book was a fast read and answered so many questions I had about diabetes. Definitely, recommend this book for newbies; it will help you avoid common mistakes when dealing with those who have diabetes or even if you are suffering from it yourself.
