Editorial Reviews

Australian intuitive counselor, author, and life coach Tricia Brennan leads listeners on a journey of relaxation using affirmations, mediations, breathing, and healing music. Brennan goes beyond the subject of stress to address issues of love, self-realization, wealth, and more. Her gentle voice and Australian accent are soothing to the ear, and listeners can choose specific tracks to target the negative states they want to diminish. While perhaps not the most exciting or innovative listen, this series of gentle exercises will be valuable for those who need a break to relax and recharge.

Music is too loud to hear the narration

This might be a goodbook but could not tell because the music was way too loud. I could only make out about every 4th or 5th word. Softer music and stronger voice are needed.

The jarring sound quality is ruinous!

I really want to keep listening to this, but am begging for the producers to re-work this andrelease it with appropriate sound quality. In order to hear the spoken word, the volume has to be so loud that the music is harsh, jarring and tinny! OPPOSITE of relaxing!
