Loved it, one of the best educational self discovery/self help books out there. the narrator was great, too. this is a book you can listen to a few times over. it's that good.

Inspiring
So very hard to come the reality that enough is enough ! How can I stand my ground ? This book will find you wherever you are in any kind of relationship. It talks to your dignity and why you are enough . Love every word and gave me strength to move on loving myself.

Eye opening
If you are going through a divorce or a break up, this is for you.
I just left my abusive marriage and almost went back to him. trying to stay strong and believing that I did the right decision is hard.
Listen to this. it opened my eyes and I now see that deserve so much better and that he would ve never changed. It helped me not to contact him anymore. Moving out of our house and handling divorce with barely any contact.
I can't wait to go full NC when the divorce is final.
Thanks to this book I learned to listen to my needs and stop caring about him, somone who never appreciated me anyway.

Read before NC!!
A must read!! Definitely wish I would have read it before I have needed to go NC few times in my life that word gets thrown around so much but all of the emotional ups and downs are never really understood or explained. Also the narrator is excellent!
