    the science in the beginning is great but when it comes to the diet part he only gives you lists of foods no real meal plan. never mentions any whole foods either just sides and spices.

    its a four letter word and this helps me think of it less as that. I have not tried the diet yet but it's on my to do list. I have already noticed that taking a probiotic is helpful for my weight just in a week. So I will be taking 7 weeks to see if the science is accurate for me personally.
