Not only does it explain connections between spirit and body, it also helps you exercise and control your thinking pattern.
If you tend to have negative thoughts and have not learned to meditate, this book guides you and helps you learn.

I liked examples and also verses I could memorize to rehearse when my brain takes off with its own thoughts

Flawless

This lesson system boils down in very laymen terms the power of the universal laws and how easily you can unlock them through simple focus. The law of attraction is real. One has the ability to think and manifest things into existence through conscious thought. So simpo!

The best ever ..

This is the best book....and the way it is written is very good...great book so good

a must read for humanity

I have read many books from the kybalion to Eckhart Tolls to James Allen and this book is also a must read for all of humanity.

Amazing

I’ve read lots and lots of “self-help” books over the years but this one was mindblowingly amazing. I will never have to read another. You do have to do the work as the exercises are laid out in the text but I found them to be just what I needed. I’ve seen amazing results in my quality of life. My life has been changed forever in ways I could not have imagined before. This is a must read

Powerful Information

I had the hard copy but found the audio perfect to us while driving or at my desk working. When I play it first thing in the morning it empowers my day. If I play it just before bed I my higher mind juice to use while I sleep.

Just buy it and you will be brought through a process which allows you to design your own life. any thing you desire you can have in life and this book walks you through just how to do that.
