It was very well written and easy to read. Sandra is super motivating and explains everything you need to know about intermittent fasting for weight loss. I love this book. Very informative and a great tool to help understand about the IF lifestyle.

understand yourself

It was suggested I start eating healthy, silly doctors. This book was recommended. I just bought it today and tried the basil tomato soup. I like the five ingredient idea. These are easy recipes and mostly serve two.

You will love its writing style

Got what I needed in starting out the Ketogenic diet plan. Basically, the purpose is to reduce calories and get your body into ketosis. I used to be ignorant of this process and I’ve just educated myself with it now. Basic rules are outlined and 80 dishes to eat to your heart’s content and yet staying fit and healthy.

Keto diet won't be so hard after all!

The preparing and cooking instructions are specific and simple to follow. There are also some tips on what to add to the dish to make it more appetizing. My latest craze is Macadamia Blueberry Squares. It’s creamy and slightly sweet taste kept me satisfied. I think embarking on the ketogenic diet won’t be so hard after all!

Not Great if you're looking for practical advise

No Recipes, no practice application, only analysis of the benefits with way too many clinical terms. It's 2018 and we know the benefits, tell us how to apply these daily. Maybe the purpose of this book is more academic rather than practical. Either way, its not what you're looking for if you want to know how to apply the practices.
