The happiness book no 1. Applicable philosophy .

a must read definitely
should be compulsory in education. For home schooling or good parenting at least. Deals with past traumas, looking at life differently, contains good lifestyle advice. priceless

Unbearable

Had to stop and delete - waste of time - irritating narration , the author has difficulty speaking English . The author goes to the extend of giving health advice without medical qualifications - the overall advice is depressing not uplifting
