Simple, quick, and classic
I was first going to reject the book because I am not Christian and it kept referencing Jesus. I decided to listen from my spiritual point of view. I am glad I did. Everyone should take this book from their own religious/spiritual point of view. I realized alot about myself in the hour listening. I attracted everything in my life that I expected to attract. This book also made me realize that I am angry, bitter, resentful, and obese because I am holding onto the past. No matter how hard I try to loose weight it comes back. I am holding onto weight because I keep holding onto the past. it is manifesting in my physical body...I also realized stuff about my life purpose and marriage in one hour. This book changed my life. Simple yet timeless.

Listened several times...
This was a short 'n' sweet study of some primary new thought principles w some real life stories. I haven't read Scovel Shinn before, but I like her style! She seemed to have a strong mastery of principle but said a few things differently than I've heard before. I have been studying the principles for a long time, so I appreciate hearing a slightly different perspective and good testaments to principle always help me. (I read a couple complaints about the narrator, so I was expecting him to suck. But I thought he was great--the sex or gender of a narrator mean little to me tho.) Bonus: this was a very quick "read"--almost ends too fast. Enjoy!

How to focus affirmations for results.
I loved the examples of personal situations to demonstrate the importance of being specific in the use of affirmations. Very powerful for getting important points across.
