The Daisy Meadow Meditation is a gentle guided meditation, which is ideal for the beginner who is looking for a simple way of learning to relax and escape from the stresses and strains of modern day living. In the safety and comfort of your own home, perhaps sitting in your favourite comfy chair, you will be asked to close your eyes and concentrate on your breathing. This will help to put you into a state of deep relaxation. You will then be taken on a visualized journey to the golden centre of a beautiful daisy in a sun-blessed meadow. Although written for those of you who are new to guided meditation, perhaps taking your first investigative steps along the journey to spiritual learning, this meditation can also be used by the more experienced, or those merely looking for an opportunity to enjoy some nice chill-out time. Robbie has been producing guided meditation audio for the last twelve years, and his gentle Cornish voice has been very well received in English speaking countries all over the world.
