This case begins by following a woman by the name of Annie Hilderbrandt and her decision to switch from investing in the money market and bonds to investing in the stock market. As investors we are often afraid to invest in a stock that we have no background on or knowledge of. We will most likely turn to a mutual fund because all of the stocks have been selected by someone who is knowledgeable about the stock market. This analysis is a great reference source for ethical investing and for ethics in general. I hold an associate's degree in business management and a bachelor's degree in business administration.
The author did a great job at reviewing a very popular business case. This case and analysis can be a very good learning tool for companies and their owners alike.
