If implemented? Magnificent!

As a family and marital therapist I wholeheartedly suggest following the practical guidance of this book will transform even healthier parent/teen relationships. Implementing the steps outlined will take patience, diligence and consistency over an extended period of time (far more than a few weeks)! Doing so may transform most relationships in your sphere of influence. Dr. Chapman also shares important insight about this development stage that will help you understand your teen. This seems to be lacking in so many other parenting books.

A must read for parents with teens or pre teens!

It's sad how many teens are treated in a way that ends up hurting them only because many parents don't know about what's in this book. These principles are a sure way to make sure your teen or pre teen feels your love for them.
