Disappointed
Returned this book after day 3 of the plan when I realized how unoriginal and dull it was. Starting day one with an entire chapter on checking email less and it didn’t get better from there. I guess I was looking for something more inspiring and less obvious.

Great strategies to be much more productive!
This is the kind of book one must really take notes on. It provides great insight in terms of how to analyze the way we spend our time and what we should stop doing that's causing us to waste our lives away... Great book!

Best productivity book
This book is broken down into simple, applicable strategies that are designed to be implemented one a day. I have immediately realized productivity improvements from this book and have encouraged friends to read it. One of the most helpful strategies for me is to limit my task goals for the day to the five mist important ones rather than a list a mile long. Also Ive been testing the practice if 24 min work sessions on a timer with a five minute break. This has been extremely effective. To stay off phone temptation I just switched from phone timer to The Cube timers on amazon. Love those as well!

practical
I picked this up not really expecting anything and was pleasantly surprised!
This book is an easy read, the plan and guide simple as opposed to other books.
It's the ease in which this book gives to break the habits that I liked. Take it slow and tackle each thing-- and it is obtainable.
for example, our phones! what a time waste!!! put it down , turn it off for a set period of time--a great reminder!
I do highly recommend. I will be reading this again!

This is a complete guide for slackers! This book offers nothing but excuses. It was boring! I had to turn it off because I was getting nothing done!

read it, do it. It's an action guide
my new favorite book! So many habits to break and new ones to create. Excellent step by step, well-worded tools with action steps after each chapter. I will be reading this again and again this year

Exelent book, would recomend
This book is required for anyone who strugles with not being prodctive. And it was actually pretty interesting to listen to.
