5 second rule summarized

The rule is simple enough: 54321 and GO!! The full book will be one I'll listen to in the future but this was a great primer. Well narrated as well. Flashbooks almost always delivers.

Anti-Climatic in some aspects and voice....

Would you consider the audio edition of Summary of The 5 Second Rule by Mel Robbins to be better than the print version?

I would have rather read this in print because her voice is slightly irritating.

If you’ve listened to books by FlashBooks Book Summaries before, how does this one compare?

The other books were better.

What does Dean Bokhari bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

She tells some repetitive stories that are as old as time.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Her story on alcoholic is moving.

Any additional comments?

Overall, I think this book would have been better if narrated by someone else.

Information I’ve have already heard over the internet or in short video clips of Mel herself, disappointed I had to use a credit on it .

Just what you need instead of a dragged out book

This summary succinctly captures the essence of the 5 second rule and how to apply it in your life without all the anecdotes. The concept is simple and it works. This is perfect and has already changed my life for the better. Thanks Mel for the original but thank you for this short and sweet version too!
