clearly explained

I got a lot out of reading this book. It's a common sance approach to changing your eating habits for the better. The scientific explanation of why we continue to gain weight makes good sense. There's a lot of more an explanation about why what we eat does make a difference.

source of our daily routine

As someone who has struggled with their weight most of their adult life, this is the book that really put it all together for me. I could never understand why I continued to eat just because of boredom and why I couldn't control it. This book is fantastic.

It lays out a few basic principles that make sense: watch what you eat. Also convincingly argues that you have the power to improve your body without supplements, complex programs, inanely restrictive diets.
