Good summary but not totally accurate on some of the instruction

Good summary. I read the actual book and it can be complex and take some serious cerebral power, so I was glad to get this in a more condensed form. However, I think there were some missteps in his instructions and summarization of the meditation method. At least I understood some of the steps differently when I read the book. Overall a good summary though. I got extremely frustrated when I read the book because it took sooo long for the author to get through explaining the meditation process in the 3rd section after teasing through sections 1 and 2 that he was going to give it. So having this summary is great but when you have time and patience you may want to read the 3rd part of the actual book for a thorough understanding of the meditation method.
