Very helpful audiobook

My husband and I did this together. The plan is very well laid out and the increase in good carbs each week makes this plan one that feels so decadent. My husband lost 70lbs on this method and loved the foods allowed! I lost weight, but my body has a hard time recovering from the "keto flu" type symptoms and I may need to try again but start at week 2 or 3. Overall though, we both like it and recommend it to friends.

Found it pretty good.

It more than a book about losing weight. I have lost weight by following the guidelines and not even exercising. But, I feel healthier, more energized, the bowels are working better, and I am sleeping better. Thanks for the wealth of knowledge you provided in this book!

Very helpful diet

This diet helped me get off the sugar that is hidden in most foods. A good reminder for me to eat healthy and natural foods. Also I don't crave sweets and unsweetened foods appeal to me again.

Excellent!

I have listened the diet detox book. I did it but I fell off the wagon lol. Some things did stick with me though and that has helped with the sugar detox now. I'm currently doing the detox, but I am feeling much better. Less bloated and tired, less joint pain. Definitely recommend.

Helped in many ways

The sugar detox plan has helped my wife and I feel better and shed some lbs. After doing the detox we incorporated some of the tips in our diet. No cream in our coffee and no refined empty calorie sugar items!

Changed my life
