Publisher's summary

There are three types of urgencies: obvious, optional and hidden - or "SubmUrgencies". People who go through life thinking that there are only obvious urgencies end up with a lot of regret at the end of their lives. In this audiobook, each type of urgency is defined and there is a list of examples for each urgency (sometimes with the help of songs, movies, studies, or other books). In addition, there are techniques outlined to teach readers how to overcome them. As a result, the listener will understand "How to Live - and Die - Without Regret".

Nothing new

To me the contents of this book were very similar to late 1990s/ early 2000 motivational books. The description should make notice of the religious and multi-level-marketing undertones. The author seems very genuine but i found the material unoriginal and uninspiring.
