Excellent audio book!

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes, especially to a friend of mine who's always on a stress mode so that she can be able to to learn on how to get rid of it as well as to for her health so that she can have a better life by overcmoing stress.

This book helps us changing the stressful situation when we can, changing our reaction when we can’t, taking care of ourselves, and making time for rest and relaxation. The first step is to recognize the true sources of stress in our life and apply everything we learned in this audio book so that we can be able to get rid of stress and live our life to the fullest!

Nowadays, stress is inevitable but there are ways on how to get rid of them as well as on how to reduce and overcome stress. Through this book/audio book, I was able to learn many things such as tips and techniques how to easily get rid of stress and be happy every now and then. Thank you so much to this book!

Oftentimes, I feel too much stressed and anxious for so many things especially when I have problem. I do appreciate this book because I learned so many things and I found a peace of mind. Through this book, I also learned how to face difficult problems. I am very much thankful that I found this book; because with the use and help of this book, I was able to get rid of negative thoughts, anxieties, worries and most of all on how to get rid of stress, how to manage it and eliminate as well. Thanks a lot to the author!

I would like to thank the author for writing this book as well as my friend for recommending this audio book to me because without them I'll not able to discover ways on how to reduce stress. I was so excited to buy the book because of the positive reviews written on the book so without hesitation I purchased the book!
After listening to this book it was just "okay" not that bad and not that great it just neutral. Some of the given information was a fact and proven and some is maybe a big question to me if it will works just like the exercises. But overall, still I've learned from this audio book and will try some of the techniques written!
