Moving was easier with this audio

Moving is a stressful ordeal that requires a lot out of you. I listened to this often just to keep my sanity as we transitioned from one neighborhood to another in very little time, packing many many boxes and driving a long way. I'm so happy I thought to get this audio and just listen every day to focus on relaxing my nervous system instead of letting it take over.

Great for Stress

Very good for stress, I just leave it on for a while and let go. Do the visualizations. It helps me on those harder days.
