repeat, repeat, repeat once you

After buying this book I realized that it is just the same information being repeated from all of his other books. It was like he had no new material and decided to just cut and paste snippets of his other books and put it into this one. You could even hear it when he collaborates with other people. Like in the book he does with Rachel Meadows on photographic memory. Most of the books are 90% music with about 10 % speaking...this includes the announcement from Audible. Not happy.

WAKE UP at the end!!

What would have made Stop Procrastination, Be Focused and Productive with Hypnosis, Meditation, Relaxation, and Affirmations better?

This particular book is great for napping or meditation, but not sleeping at night. It wakes you up at the end with a nice loud announcement of title and author, kind of a "You have been listening to Sleep Learning System!!"

What could Joel Thielke have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Joel could have made this book much more useful AND enjoyable if he had put the nice loud announcement at the beginning.

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Joel Thielke?

Me. I have a great reading voice. And I am very sensitive if my audience has fallen asleep during the story.

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Stop Procrastination, Be Focused and Productive with Hypnosis, Meditation, Relaxation, and Affirmations?

The announcement at the end!

Did I mention it wakes you up at the end? I can't say I noticed any particular change in my behavior I would attribute to this book because it kept waking me up at the end. If I had been able to stay asleep, I might have absorbed those stop wasting time messages. It took me about a year and a half to get to this review.

buffering problems

Its hard to relax when the audio stops every two minutes. It would be better if I could actually download it entirely then listen. Maybe I missed something.

Loud remarks at the end

The program is good in itself, I enjoyed listening to it but it's not good for night sleeping. There are very LOUD remarks at the end which startle you awake and there went your peaceful sleep.

I really find it quite helpful. I know people mentioned in previous comments the ending, but it didn't wake me up since I was in such a good rem sleep. and normally I'm not a heavy sleeper. I have found improvements as far as getting up earlier and starting my day off right.

I'm impressed

I'm impressed by the results and effectiveness of this. Good sleep aid, appart from Audible announce at the end. The authors shiuld do something about it. If you fall asleep, which is the goal, this Audible voice at the end will just screw everything.
But I can tell you it us well made and it works!

Sleep Meditation

The hypnosis while sleeping to enter the sub conscious seems to work. Depending on the topic the lesson sticks and the topic carries out throughout the day.To be more focused or productive or organized or confident... the more accepting of the concept the more effective they seem. The going to sleep helps to unwind and relax when the directions are followed. Waking up to a more focused day and effective based on the type of learning previously listened to. Does require faith in the learning.

FINALLY FEEL FOCUSED***

Where does Stop Procrastination, Be Focused and Productive with Hypnosis, Meditation, Relaxation, and Affirmations rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I really loved it... I would say in my Top 1 for sure

I really just think the whole thing... not sure how it's happening... but I'm feeling much more focused and ready to take on the day!

Great expect for the loud description on the end

I love this audio! He is very estimulating to my procrastination habits! The only problem with this audio is after you are very relaxed and sleeping the audio ends with a very loud woman finishing. Which then wakes me up!

Well after one week of listening to this each...

night and another book through the day, I'm definitely more organised, proactive and do less procrastination. I couldn't ever truly say what it is down to but two weeks ago I was avoiding even the most important tasks in my like for some unknown reason and this week out of nowhere I feel confident and able to tackle them. Who knows? I will continue to use this audio in anycase!
