Is the narrator a real human?
If the narrator has positive self talk then the advice must be amazing because i couldn't even dream a worse presentation! Definitely read, dont listen to this...unless you enjoy monotone haphazardly emphasized pauses. I feel ripped off.

Don't beat yourself up, turn that frown upsidedown
Sometimes, I wonder how people can see things so negatively. But, I realize that what I might see as being trivial is monumental to someone else. They might be carrying an emotional bag of bricks, a bag that I can't see. I've never really known how to help someone like that, or even myself I get down. Well, this book tells you how to pick yourself up, to stop blaming yourself, to stop beating yourself up, and how to start appreciating what you have and who you are. Clinger narrates smoothly and is easy to listen to and follow his instructions. Even though I did receive a promo code for this review it in no way influenced my considerations of the material, and in fact, inspired me to be more honest. In fact, getting a code generally makes me harsher as a reviewer as I am more often concerned what someone like Me will decide based on my review.

couldn't get past the 1st chapter
The Narrator they chose to read this book was just absolutely horrible I've been listening to audiobooks for at least 8 years and this is the worst one. I probably would have stuck through it if someone else was reading the book.

Not worth it
I am not sure if the narrator was an incredibly poor reader or if the book was that poorly written but I was very disappointed with this book. Could not listen more than about 5-10 minutes as I became very frustrated with the reading. I found the content very sophomoric. Would score less than 1 star if it were an option.

SO BAD!! I wish I could rate less than one star.
I can't think of any way that this could be worse. The narration was terrible, the content was at a kindergarten level, the whole thing was 26 minutes, and I couldn't even get through the first 10 minutes of it.
