I love it but…

I love Annas voice. It’s easy to relax to. I can’t give this as many styles as I would like however because the editing is so poor. Just when you’re at your deepest relaxation state, there is a rude interruption announcing the next chapter.Also the sound between chapters is different. I think someone just patch this together and didn’t bother to listen to it before they send it out. I have other sleep learning CDs recordings Using Annas voice, and they are much better.

The first two chapters just explain how meditation works.

Anyone who would be interested in getting this knows how it works. Not very good

Just one minor niggle

enjoyed and drift into a calm state... however pulled back by each chapter announcement which startle internally.

Worked for me!

Was having trouble sleeping, or if I did I would wake up, first time I tried this I had a restful sleep and woke up refreshed, wonderful.

Amazing!

I cannot believe how effective this audio book is. I am asleep in moments after beginning to listen. Some days I take longer to drop off, but my heart immediately begins to Sync with the Bassy pulse and my breathing changes. Her voice is good; calming and gentle. .
