Just the book to reset your Sparkle
I have dabbled in Cara’s world for years and always enjoyed her vibe. This time it just clicked. ‘When the student is ready the teacher will appear’ and boy did she! Brilliant!
Took a while for me to find an up lifting Audiobook that kept my attention. I loved the content and really like that Cara was the narrative on her own audiobook. It was easier to keep interest knowing it was her own voice.

This is a MUST read 📚
I have listened to this book 2 times already and the 2nd time I felt like the author was speaking directly to me. Accepting myself for who I am and erasing all the negative things that have been said to me won't be easy but today I will start the work needed. it's time to let the real me be free.
