Effective book

Full cookbook with very delicious cover, but inside recipes are even more better so I would advice you to get a copy to try

A Solid Foundation

Being a vegan, I thought this practice applied only to meats. Pleasantly surprised to see this works for Vegan foods too. There are actionable steps for Soups, Okra and Desserts. well written and easy to understand.

pretty awesome

I have been following sous vide recipes for more than a month now and i already have a great collection of books of sous vide recipes but this one is the best by far. I am really delighted to get this book especially as a recommendation from my friend Stella. She is also a great food lover and have some really good book of recipes.
