Great book of life after getting sober

I loved this book. I found Steven’s advice on not just the actions you need to do to stay sober, but also his life style suggestions that will help your entire well being. Even if your not in recovery it’s a great book. Being involved in a community of support, diet, physical fitness, reading improvement books, appreciating your family, etc.. was very helpful. When you are using whether it’s alcohol or other substances we often neglect important areas in our lives. He helps us get back on track and start living a new life that is rewarding and meaningful.

ended to abruptly

the narrator had a lisp. ended to abruptly. in my opinion, there should have been more detail in the last couple of chapters

Excellent! Real steps to staying sober

I listened to this audio book in two days. I've referenced back to the action steps chapters multiple times. This book is not filled with stories of how addicts nearly ruined their lives. Rather, this book is a guide to changing your life and living clean with a purpose.
