soothing

like a subtle breeze gently brushing your skin while you're laying down on a beach, this guided meditation knows how to hush a noisy mind. there's only a meager amount of people who wouldn't be soothed by the sounds of nature & waves.

both narrators have a serein and calm voice which helps you with getting relaxed and ready to sleep.

Get the rest you deserve!

I get to sleep easier. I get more rest and the person who reads the guided meditation voice is so relaxing and calming. The background music also helps you drift into sleep. I highly recommend it.

Pretty good

What did you love best about Sleep Meditation Bundle?

There are 10 or so tracks, but only four (that I have found) separate sleep meditations with different voices and approaches. I try different ones on different nights and like the variety. Some of the instructions (breathe or count a certain way) are not as relaxing and are repeated too often, but overall it's a nice variety.

Not conducive to sleep

This was a total bust or me. The sound of the waves (?) was annoying and frequently cut to silence, only to return after a beat or two, which had me concentrating on whether there was a pattern, rather than the message. The 4-7-8 breathing is not for everyone and went on for so long I started to cough, pulled out my earphone & gave up.

Terrible!

The background sounds cut out every 10 minutes or so making it impossible not to focus on them and the instructions are repetitive and extremely annoying! Who needs to be told to breath in for 4 seconds and breath out for 8 seconds over and over for 30 minutes! It’s 2 am and I’m more inclined to write a bad review than sleep. Instead if feeling relaxed o feel irritated and angry! This is more like torture than relaxation!

gets me right to sleep

It's been a wonderful way to get to sleep without much hassle. I've been pleasantly surprised by its effectiveness. Bravo!

seriously. .. not worth it.

a few minutes of helpful guided relaxation followed by unbelievably torturous instructions to breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 7, and out for 8..... this goes on for at least 30 minutes, no kidding. OMG i about threw my phone against the wall.

awful

mostly music (95%). the narrated portions are all 10 minutes or less and narrators speak so slowly that they make you feel stupid. most of the chapters have no narration. wish I could get my credit back, this shouldn't even be in a book list, should be on a music playlist.
