    "some tips really resonated with me"

    This is not a standalone book, but if you're already familiar with the concept of self-love and need a good boost of inspiration to start (again) taking better care of yourself I can highly recommend to listen to the ideas in this audiobook and pick the ones that resonate with you. Some of the tips are basic, others I hadn't come across before, but all of them have a low threshold to actually put them in practice (as opposed to some self-help books I've read where the gap between where you are and the author wants you to be is just to big).

    To be honest, most of the ideas found in this book can be found in other self-help books. The thing that made me keep listening to it was the unique way the ideas are presented. On point, very easy to understand and funny, this is a great book that will guide you to incorporate more self-care into your daily lifestyle.

    A good reminder and a practical list of ways to take care of yourself the way you would take care of your best friend. Highly recommended if, like me, you realise the importance of self-love, but aren't sure how to implement it in your life.

    "Thanks for the reminders"

    I've both read and listened to the book and it keeps being a great reminder for me. I own multiple businesses and to win in business you need to practice self love to become a greater version of yourself and boost all areas of life and relationships. If you're looking to start practicing and boosting your self love (how cheesy that may sound) this book is a great start.

    top 3 nuggets from the book:

    1. Practice morning affirmations
    2. Step outside of your comfort zone
    3. stop feeling the need of approval from everyone.

    For more you have to download this book! I absolutely loved it and every point the author has made was a reminder for me. Start becoming a greater version of yourself and start by downloading the book, I promise you it will be worth your money and time!

    "Simple and practical"

    This is a book that I'll definitely listen to again, probably several times. The 30 actions are easy to understand and the advice is practical and easy to follow. There is a fair bit to absorb because there are 30 practices, trying them all at once is not a good idea so I've picked a few to try and once I've experimented with them I'll listen again to pick a few more.

    The narration is well done, it's cheerful without being overly so and the pact and delivery are both good matches for the topic

    Self Love, 30 Ways to Practice Self-Love and Be Good to Yourself, by Ingrid Lindberg, 21 Day Challenges, narrated by Francie Wyck

    You can try out suggestions day by day. It gives the recommendation how to change your life, day by day. The book covers affirmations, food, fitness, love, career... This book will help you develop new habits on daily basis. It is important to think about yourself. The book is just 1 hours and 5 minutes, enough time for training or a walk, something nice to do for yourself. Francie Wyck did very nice job narrating. Her pace, intonation and voice were pleasant to listen. Sounds very friendly and involved.

    If you have difficulties with self-esteem, loving yourself or just want to improve quality of life, this is the book for you.
