Publisher's Summary

Learn a proven, step-by-step method to overcome procrastination and cultivate unstoppable self-discipline!

This audiobook contains techniques and strategies that will help you to be more productive in your life and cultivate the habit of discipline.

It's important to understand that discipline is a learnable skill and habit. The same goes for procrastination. The more you procrastinate, the more difficult it becomes to break the habit. Whereas, if you continually practice self-discipline and gain momentum with it, your "discipline muscles" become stronger and it becomes easier for you to take massive action in your life. The more action you take, the greater results you will have.

If you follow these principles and begin to condition yourself on a daily basis, then the self-discipline that you desire will become habitual and automatic for you each day!

Here is a preview of what you'll learn....

language unnecessary and poor audio quality

content was good and short other than the langauge. I assume this is to target certain people although from a professional standpoint it seemed forced in there just to use it. The audio quality was not very good.
