Good Overall...

The book focuses on stuff like how to overcome perfectionism, forming a support network, and enjoying the journey. Many people think of self-discipline as something that's hard and something that should do rather than something that they want to do. For me, as I mentioned at the start, it's the bridge between my dreams and my reality. Anyone that wants to achieve what they're capable of has to start with developing discipline, i.e. the ability to do what needs to be done whether you feel like it or not. This is your blueprint for doing so.Listen it once and then Listen it again. You won't regret it.

VERY WELL WRITTEN BOOK

Who doesn't want to feel better and make a difference in the world? "Self Discipline" provides actionable steps to get make more out of your life.

I gained a lot from the section on procrastination and how to overcome it.

Really awesome Book...

This is the only book I could really find on the subject. And I love that it is affordable and not so lengthy. It helped me alot. I am now currently reading another one of the authors book called Habits.

I like this book. I have already listened to it twice. It is most effective when it is used actively. It is also a good reference and reminder when old habits start creeping back in.
