Excellent book!

This is an excellent book for anyone dealing with anxiety or depression. I have the first edition and wasn't sure I should get the update but I'm glad I did.

This version is more streamlined and better organized which is what you want in a self-coaching book. As an added bonus the author reads his own book, which is a real bonus and helps solidify the book in my opinion.

Warning! As with most things in life, if you don't follow the program and you don't do the hard work required you will not get results. But unlike many self-help books out there, this one will work as it has for me. Yes I am not a hundred percent (yet) but I am 80% of the way there and am convinced I will get 100%.

I have had to work very long and hard at it and I appreciate the authors many years of the nose-to-the-grindstone hard work to develop "Self-Coaching" is much appreciated!

Great supplement

Both some new ideas and some similar to what I'd heard recently, but with a different perspective. I would definitely recommend to anyone ready to take responsibility for their thoughts and feelings, and put forth the concerted effort required to make lasting positive change in your life.

This author is on point

This is the best self help or coaching book I’ve ever read. The author breaks down anxiety and depression into simple and understandable terms ( habits). He does a great job using good examples and has a very unique perspective. I highly recommend this book to anyone looking for self improvement, or struggling with anxiety depression or related problems.
