Secrets to Happiness

This book contains some solid advice... It covers some aspects that I had not considered and is a quick and easy listen. A lot of the shipping and pricing advice is US-specific, but it provides a good starting point to get you going in the right direction, even if you're not in the US. My only complaint is the lack of a proper table of contents with links to the various sections of the book.
Very nice Book!!!

Interesting Book!!!

If you could sum up Secret Keys to Greater Happiness in three words, what would they be?

The stories are interesting and sometimes touching. There is not too much complex plotting, which is shouldn't be the point of a graphic novel or story anyway.

What insight do you think you’ll apply from Secret Keys to Greater Happiness?

Gorgeous art, interesting stories - worth it just to look through. Absolutely loved.

Any additional comments?

Some listeners still don't get that a graphic stories are not substitutes for, or a novel by another means. They are an entity of themselves, and offer great visual pleasure.

Bring Happiness into your life.

It is up to each of us whether we go through life happy or miserable. A lot of folks, for whatever reasons, seem like they're only happy when they have something to complain about. Clearly this book isn't for them! But for those of us who prefer to go through life with a smile on our face, this offers some simple steps to take to ensure we live healthy, happy lives. Hollingsworth gets you going with insight into building happy relationships, creating a happy work environment, and even knowing how to take aging in stride. Understanding how important just being thankful for what you have can go a long way into turning a frown around. I especially enjoyed the examples of people who learned how to live happy lives, which made it seem more personable and even more importantly, attainable.

LIFE CHANGER.

Any additional comments?

Well, this title is not as brilliant and vibrant as "Don't Sweat the Small Stuff!. It's rather like a textbook on a good topic. But if you give it a fair chance, you'll get as much stuff as V. Noot masterpiece works. His approach for "handling stress" in later chapters is quite original. I simply loved it.
